 The word eczema in the Greek language means rash. That is an acute or recurrent inflammatory skin disease of a non-infectious nature.

 Eczema is a skin disease. Wherever there is eczema on the body, there is a lot of itching. Sometimes itching also causes bleeding.

 2. Neurodermatitis

 It is similar to atopic dermatitis. In this, the plaques raised on the skin become grains.

 3. Eczema

 In it, coin-shaped burns form on the skin. It is very itchy.

How to treat eczema at home?

 People usually consult with doctors for the treatment of eczema, but it is often found that allopathic medicines do not completely cure eczema.

 You can treat eczema with the following herbal treatments at home: -

 1. Honey:

 Honey has anti-inflammatory properties. Spread it on the affected area and leave it for half an hour. Then wash with cold water.

 2. Aloe Vera:

 Aloe Vera has anti-inflammatory properties; it helps in the treatment of eczema. Apply fresh aloe vera paste to the affected area and leave it on for two to three hours. It should do daily.

 3. Turmeric:

 Turmeric has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Mix turmeric in milk or rose water and apply to the affected area. After keeping for 15-20 minutes, wash with cold water. Mild eczema treatment is beneficial.

 4. Basil:

 The anti-microbial properties of basil protect the skin from infections and teach itching and irritation. Drink basil tea. At the same time, extract the juice of basil leaves and apply it to the affected area. After a while, wash with water.

 5. Flax-seed

 Grind flax seeds and mix in lemon juice. Make the paste and apply it to the affected area. After 15-20 minutes wash it off with cold water.

 6. Triplets and jaundice

 Peel a squash, grate it and boil it in two glasses of water. When it is half boiling, add lemon juice. Drink three times a day. With regular use for a month, eczema will disappear.

 7. Neem leaves/powder

Take one tablespoon of neem powder, add one tablespoon of turmeric powder and raw honey and make it the paste apply this to the affected area. The remedial touch of neem and turmeric reduces the itching

 8. Coconut oil

Coconut oil is antifungal and antibacterial compared to other oils it works better on the skin and it helps in reducing itching and irritation.

 Add camphor in coconut oil and apply it to the affected area. The use of coconut oil in the home treatment of eczema is very beneficial. It relieves itching and redness.

 9. Acacia flowers

Make a paste of acacia flowers and apply it to eczema. It is a useful recipe and the results have been found satisfactory in the treatment of eczema.

10.  Benefits of Thor in Eczema

 Diet and lifestyle

Due to improper diet and lifestyle, the defects become distorted and contaminate the blood, and cause skin diseases, which lead to eczema.

·      3.   Protect skin from extreme heat and cold. Cover the skin with a cloth in the scorching sun.

·      4.   Avoid allergic foods such as nuts, soy products, and wheat.
